Carrara quartz is an excellent man-made substitute for natural Carrara marble, popularly quarried in Italy. It is manufactured artificially by mixing 93% natural quartz and 7% polymer resins plus color pigments. They are manufactured so that when used for countertops, they do not require sealants or additional treatments. For a busy place like a kitchen that comes in contact with citric acid juices from lemons and various other vegetable and fruit extracts, knives and forks, heavy appliances, etc, daily, this becomes a major advantage. The flexible resins make the surface exceptionally resistant to cracking and chipping.
This high-end quartz surface not only looks like real marble but is also devoid of the calciferous stone issues exhibited by it. One quality that makes it better than marble is that it has a non-porous surface that does not absorb moisture. As a result, the surfaces become highly resistant to stains and etching. Another major benefit of this non-porosity is that they prevent microorganisms from entering, making them one of the most hygienic options for kitchen worktops.

Quality Grade
We classify it into three grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with a width of less than 2 mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5 mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces; some pieces may not have pink hair lines but typically have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different attributes mainly for the Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece.
If the countertop needs to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to ensure the goods won't easily broken.
