Myra Beige Limestone Oval Dining Tables
Each item is hand-carved by skilled craftsmen, whose trade has passed through generations of family members. Due to the hand crafted nature of the products and the natural stone that it is composed of, no two pieces are the same. Please expect slight variations to the patterns of the stones you see in the photos.
Size Guide:
Small - 180 x 100 x 75 cm (L x W x H).
Medium - 220 x 130 x 75 cm (L x W x H).
Large - 300 x 160 x 75 cm (L x W x H).
Weight: Approx 80 KG for the Small, 100 KG for the Medium, 140 KG for the Large
Colour Guide: Light cream coloured stone with soft yellow under-tones that looks almost white when placed in direct sunlight.
Material Note: The base is hollowed out to ensure the table is as light weight as possible so that it is more easily handled by the end-user (as opposed to our marble tables wherein it takes 3-5 persons to carry, these take just 1-2 persons).
Limestone Care: Can be used both indoor and outdoor. It is generally less upkeep in comparison to marble. That being said, we do not recommend exposing it to high heats as there is the potential for cracking. It is up to the customer's discretion. However there are some things you can do to ensure your tray is well maintained:
1. Do not place liquids in the trays as it may cause staining
2. Do not use the trays with any citrus juices or liquids (acidic, causes erosion)
3. Re-apply your own sealant after some time (fresh coats prevent staining)

Quality Grade
We classify it into three grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with a width of less than 2 mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5 mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces; some pieces may not have pink hair lines but typically have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different attributes mainly for the Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece.
If the countertop need to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to ensure the goods won't easily break.
After loading, fumigated wooden bundles will be braced between each crate to strengthen stability.
