Material Introduction

Calacatta Flutter Quartz is a natural stone surface supplied in slab and cut-to-size formats. Because it is manufactured from quartz aggregate bonded with resin, the surface is non-porous, uniform in colour and free of the variation found in quarried stone.

Applications

The marble look with quartz performance suits kitchen countertops, island tops, bathroom vanities, bar tops, wall panels and reception counters. It is often chosen where a stone appearance is wanted without the sealing and etch care that natural marble requires.

Advantages

The non-porous surface does not absorb liquids, so it resists staining from wine, coffee, oil and citrus without sealing. Colour and pattern are consistent between panels, so seams and joins line up cleanly. There is no open grain for bacteria to colonise, which suits food preparation areas. The surface resists scratching in daily use and holds colour under interior light.

Care and Maintenance

Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner and a damp cloth; no sealing is required. Avoid strong acids, alkalis and abrasive pads. Engineered quartz is not intended for sustained direct heat, so use a trivet under hot pans. Light surface marks can usually be removed with a non-abrasive cream cleaner.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, edge finish whether meet customers' requirement, one piece by one piece. If the countertop need to be seam, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and the thickness in the same.




Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to make sure the goods won't be easy to be broken. After loading, fumigated wooden bundles will be braced between each crate to strength the stability.
