How to Install the Natural Marble Tiles
Tile may be installed over most structurally sound substrates if they are clean, smooth, dry and free of wax, soap scum and grease and other debris.
Carefully read and follow all instructions and precautions on the adhesive or mortar package. Mix only enough to be used within 30 minutes.
Since variation of shades is an inherent characteristic of ceramic tile, mix tiles from several cartons as you set, for a blended effect.
Order extra material for cuts, spare tiles, and waste.
If material is face taped, remove tape after installation.
Be sure to calculate exact tile needed for your surface before installation.
If you are short of material do not start installation until you have all the tile that blends. Additional shipments may not match the tile from previous shipment.
If you do order additional tile for an older job be sure to match color lots before installation.

Quality Grade
We classify it into three grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with a width of less than 2 mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5 mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces; some pieces may not have pink hair lines but typically have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different attributes mainly for the Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece.
If the countertop need to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to ensure the goods won't easily break.
After loading, fumigated wooden bundles will be braced between each crate to strengthen stability.
