if you like the idea of a sink blending with your countertop then an integrated sink is for you. Generally, an integrated sink is made out of the same material as the counter top making the sink and counter top one unit.
Options include both modern and more traditional designs. We will work with you throughout the design process from concept to completion, from basic concept sketches to shop drawings for fabrication. Our fabrication material options range from solid surface quartz, marble, granite, soapstone and onyx.
Custom sinks can be made for kitchens, vanities and bar counters. Kitchen sinks require special treatment due to the garbage disposal. At the Stone Center we back up the bottom of our kitchen
sinks with stainless steel to add extra support.

Quality Grade
We classify it into three grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with a width of less than 2 mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5 mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces; some pieces may not have pink hair lines but typically have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different attributes mainly for the Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece.
If the countertop needs to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to ensure the goods won't easily broken.
After loading, fumigated wooden bundles will be braced between each crate to strengthen stability.
