Giallo Napoleone granite is a coarse-grained, ochre-yellow granite with very big feldspar crystals. This stone internationally may be nominated as a granite and in the area of application of the European Standard this stone must be nominated as a granite. The veining and colour varies considerably and a small sample of Giallo Napoleone granite may not be representative of the whole slab therefore swatch samples must be approved for large projects to ensure that the blocks are all extracted from the same quarry face for matching purposes. During the polishing process a clear epoxy resin filler may be used to fill any micro fissures or tiny pitting however this does not affect the integrity of the stone, it merely provides an even smoother surface finish. Giallo Napoleone Granite is suitable for both interior and exterior use futhermore is frost resistant and with a constant polish.
Quality Grade
We classify it into three grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with a width of less than 2 mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5 mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces; some pieces may not have pink hair lines but typically have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different attributes mainly for the Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece.
If the countertop needs to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
