Calacatta Gold marble with white marble background and bold amber & gold veining rich Calacatta. Internal use only. Suitable for walls/floors, bathrooms, wet rooms, and under-floor heating. Under a microscope, a marble slab resembles a luminescent stained-glass window of interlocking calico carbonate crystals. The stone is produced when sedimentary carbonate rocks (typically dolomite or limestone) undergo the process of metamorphism-the change in mineral structure through heat and compression-and become marble.
Marble comes in an array of hues across the color spectrum-from cream to olive to rose to jet black-and is distinguished by the darker filigrees swirled throughout its texture, a result of mineral impurities like sand, silt, and iron oxides in the flesh of the stone.Why not combine our natural stone tiles with our matching mouldings & skirtings.

Quality Grade
We classify it into 3 grades:
Grade A: few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width less than 2mm per piece;
Grade B: a few pink hair lines & 1-3 crystal lines with width between 2 and 5mm per piece;
Grade C: a few pink hair lines & some crystal lines with all different widths.
So the qualities will be like these:
1st choice: all grade A pieces, some pieces may not have pink hair lines but normally have crystal lines;
commercial choice ... with both grade A & grade B;
Low quality, with different qualities mainly for Mid-East market, certainly will have some bad pieces not accepted.

Professional Inspection
Before packing, our inspector will inspect all the goods' surface finish, thickness, and edge finish to see if they meet the customers' requirements, one piece by piece. If the countertop need to be seamed, we will also put the seamed tops together to make sure the color and thickness are the same.
Loading
Experienced and professional workers will load the crates carefully to make sure the goods won't be easily broken.After loading, fumigated wooden bundles will be braced between each crate to strengthen its stability.
